Acino is a Swiss-based company that develops and manufactures high quality medicinal products with established active ingredients in advanced and refined drug delivery systems. New products are continually being developed and added to our extensive range.

The following products, which are either already marketed or in registration, are currently available for out-licensing:

On July 25, 2016, Acino International AG and Acino Pharma AG (together “Acino”) signed an agreement to divest Acino’s transdermal patch and implant business to Luye Pharma Group Ltd. (“Luye”). The divestment includes Acino’s transdermal manufacturing operations, distribution, and R&D capabilities. Closing of this deal is expected before the end of 2016.

Acino will retain the marketing rights to certain transdermal patches in its strategic emerging markets.

Managing the supply chain with a large variety of pack sizes, country-specific labeling and patient information in different languages is a well-established logistics task for our experienced team. Providing these services with the accustomed indisputable quality is a matter of course for our customers, and rounds off our service offering.

Our logistics facility for oral drugs in Aesch (Switzerland) is equipped with state-of-the-art packaging lines and a fully automated high bay warehouse with 8000 pallet racks.
