Appointment of Mario Ricard as COO and member of the Executive Committee

Acino announces the appointment of Mario Ricard as Chief Operations Officer and member of the Executive Committee effective February 15, 2017.

Mario Ricard joins Acino from Baxalta/Shire, a spin-off of Baxter International, where he successfully managed large and complex pharma Operations in different geographies over the past 20 years.

Mario Ricard is a Canadian citizen and holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science – Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada.

We are very pleased to welcome Mario to Acino. He is a focused and resilient leader who has successfully led global Operations transformation initiatives aiming at increasing capacity and optimizing investments.
