Delisting of Acino Holding AG from the SIX Swiss Exchange

After the successful completion of the public tender offer of Pharma Strategy Partners for Acino Holding AG on December 12, 2013, Acino’s Board of Directors applied for a delisting of the registered shares of Acino Holding AG from the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX). This request was approved by SIX on December 20, 2013, and the delisting will take effect on September 17, 2014. The last trading day of the shares of Acino Holding AG at SIX will be September 16, 2014.
